One individual was assessed by paramedics and no transportation to the hospital was required. Two dogs were located and the City of Winnipeg's Animal Service Agency responded to help. The fire was declared under control 20 minutes later. Winnipeg crews responded to another report of a fire at a commercial building in the 400 block of Century Street. Crews responded at 4:13 a.m., with the fire declared under control at 4:40 a.m. Both fires are under investigation.
