Despite his long hiatus, the WWE star remains associated with the company, and he's still very much a part of the WWE family. The star has revealed details about his current WWE status and clarified that he is not retired but is currently rehabbing from a knee procedure, leaving the door open for a potential return to the ring in the future. According to Fightful Select , the former WWE Tag Team Champion remains 'affiliated with the company,' even though there are no current plans for him to compete in the ring. Last night, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods defeated The War Raiders to capture the WWE Tag Team gold for an unprecedented 12th time. But it was their entrance gear prior to the match that had many fans talking. Advertisement Gear maker for The New Day, Jonathan Davenport, responded to a member of the WWE Universe on social media, asking what Kingston and Wood's entrance gear was referencing last night, tweeting out: 'You mean the three headed unicorn with one head having withered away? Hmmm…,' Jonathan Davenport said in a post. Davenport is The New Day's artist and also co-created Our Heroes Rock with Big E.
