Sarah Michelle Gellar Reunites With 'Buffy' Co-Star to Raise Awareness

Sarah Michelle Gellar has reunited with her former Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-star, Alyson Hannigan, to spotlight an important cause! E! News reported that Gellar andHannigan appeared together on the May 9 episode of The TODAY show to discuss the importance of protecting children from meningitis. Gellar has two children, Charlotte and Rocky, fathered by her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr. Hannigan and her husband, fellow Buffy star Alexis Denisof, are also parents to two children, Satyana and Keeva. During the TODAY show episode, Gellar said that Hannigan helped her learn about the infection. 'As a new parent, there's so much information and you try to keep track. I think sometimes you're intimidated. We all know that knowledge is power, but sometimes it's hard to ask the questions. To be honest, I learned a lot about this from Alyson," said Gellar in the interview. Hannigan then interjected that she usually gets her information from Gellar. "Which is so rare because she's usually the one I go to. Like, she knows everything. I'm like 'Can you just do my life?'" quipped Hannigan on the TODAY show episode. Gellar and Hannigan confirmed that they are paid spokespeople for GSK during the May 9 interview. While Gellar and Hannigan appear close now, the pair weren't always on the best of terms. E! News reported that Gellar spoke about her dynamic with Hannigan during their time on Buffy the Vampire Slayerin a 2022 interview with Evan Ross Katz, the author of Into Every Generation a Slayer Is Born: How Buffy Staked Our Hearts. 'Look, we worked really hard hours. We were young, we had ups and downs. Everybody had arguments. It wasn't rosy. Nobody gets along all the time. Alyson and I had moments. There's no question. But you're young," said Gellar during the 2022 interview. "I think that unfortunately, the set we were on and the world we were in was pitting us against each other. I think it would have been different if it was today." According to Us Weekly, Hannigan spoke about Gellar's exhaustion on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer set in a 2013 interview on Watch What Happens Live, hosted by Andy Cohen. When Cohen asked her, "Who was the most annoyed to be on Buffy the Vampire Slayer by the end of the show's run," she replied, "Sarah." "Well, she had a big career going. It was a lot of work," said Hannigan in the WWHL interview. Hannigan clarified her WWHL comments in a May 2013 HuffPost Live interview. She said she would have never described Gellar as being "annoyed" on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer set and assured that she "was super professional." "She worked her butt off. Obviously, she was Buffy. She worked 18-hour days for years. [Cohen] was playing a game or something. It was a leading question, like 'Who was the most annoyed?' Obviously, I wouldn't have used the word annoyed. But she was the most tired because she worked the hardest," said Hannigan. During the TODAY Show interview, Gellar said her children have watched and enjoyed Buffy the Vampire Slayer. However, Hannigan's children had not yet watched the series, which ended in 2003. In a February 2021 interview with TooFab, Hannigan explained she hasn't let her kids watch the show because of its horror aspects. "We're really cautious about what they watch. I get nervous," said Hannigan.

Furious Lisa Vanderpump goes on rampage with blistering attacks on 'nasty' Scheana Shay and nemesis Kyle Richards on WWHL

Beloved restaurant owner and reality star Lisa Vanderpump returned to Bravo's Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, and she did not hold back on a few Bravolebrities. The 64-year-old London-born Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd launched a bar and restaurant empire with restaurants like SUR, Villa Blanca and TomTom. She also launched a reality TV empire with Vanderpump Rules, which made household names out of bartenders and wait staffers like Kristen Doute, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, and Jax Taylor, whose ex Brittany Cartwright made an embarrassing admission about their sex life. LVP joined Andy Cohen on Thursday's episode of WWHL, where she didn't hold back her feelings about several of her former Bravo cohorts. VPR star Scheana Shay announced in January that she has a new memoir coming, where she promised to deliver the 'tea' on Lisa. Lisa not only responded to that claim in a rather savage fashion, but she also addressed Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards ' claim that she 'almost' bought a house next to Vanderpump... a claim Lisa had much to say about. 'Oh good Lord. Well, that's probably just to sell the book because she hasn't got anything else to say,' Lisa said, as both Andy and the crowd reacted in kind to the savage burn. Lisa added 'Do you know what? I don't know, I've heard she's said some nasty things. Something nasty recently she said something like, I only call her when I need something. True dat, right?' 'I've got 600 people that work with. I think the last time I needed her was when I invited her to my house to Teddy's birthday. So yes, that's when I called her,' she added. At the end of the episode, Andy mentioned that Kyle Richards said at the recent Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion that she almost bought a new house across the street from Lisa, and asked her the top five things she would do if Kyle did move into that house. 'Ok, first thing, put my house on the market. However my doorbell ring would be. Goodbye, Kyle,' she began. 'I'd have an electric fence that would sort out that straight hair she's got. I would get my swans are attack swans,' she added, before adding that she had a clothes shop 'that was like 100 yards from my restaurant before. 'And then she continually comes up to me. It's like, doesn't she get the message? I mean, I sometimes feel that she actually wants to sit on my lap,' Lisa said. 'Oh good Lord. Well, that's probably just to sell the book because she hasn't got anything else to say,' Lisa said, as both Andy and the crowd reacted in kind to the savage burn When Andy mentioned that Kyle didn't end up buying the house, Lisa added, 'No, because the offer wasn't accepted or what she says. But she's not she's not always totally transparent as we've seen on the show.' 'This house is 15 foot from me. She went there four times. Ok cause I heard this right. This house used to be Channing Tatum's. I used to have a plan to dig a tunnel underneath the road to get to Channing Tatum, but he sold it,' Lisa joked. She was also asked about Jax Taylor opening up about his addiction issues, stating, 'Oh, gosh. I mean, it's very upsetting, the whole thing, you know?' 'Obviously being so supportive of them together as a couple. But I just hope he really takes it seriously because it's not just about going to rehab, is it? It's about the work that you've got to do afterwards. He's got to distance himself from anybody that's doing that. He's really got to take it seriously,' she added.

Jax Taylor scores shock sex rating from Brittany Cartwright as she spills bedroom secrets

Brittany Cartwright did not hold back anything when asked to assess her ex Jax Taylor 's bedroom abilities. The 36-year-old reality star appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday with her co-star from The Valley, Luke Broderick. The aftermath of their relationship - which ended in August 2024 when she filed for divorce - has played out on this season of The Valley, which airs Tuesdays on Bravo. One of her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars Kristen Doute recently 'retired' her 'revenge dress' and gave it to WWHL host Andy Cohen, who used it for a skit where the 'sentient' dress asked questions of Brittany and Luke. One such question for Brittany was, 'On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate Jax in the bedroom?' Her answer stunned host Andy Cohen, who didn't even want to end the segment on that question since he was so shook. One of her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars Kristen Doute recently 'retired' her 'revenge dress' and gave it to WWHL host Andy Cohen , who used it for a skit where the 'sentient' dress asked questions of Brittany and Luke Cartwright responded with a smile, opening with, 'Oh, lord. There was times when he was about a 7 or an 8.' However, she added with a laugh, 'But majority of the time, no stamina, no nothing. A two or three.' Cartwright and Taylor first started dating in 2015, two years after Bravo's Vanderpump Rules debuted. They got engaged in June 2018 and tied the knot in 2019 in Brittany's home state of Kentucky, and then welcomed son Cruz in April 2021. The couple shocked the reality TV world when they split, with Cartwright citing, 'irreconcilable differences.' A month after her filing, Taylor revealed he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and PTSD, and announced he was checking himself into a rehab facility. When asked on WWHL if there was ever any chance she would get back with Taylor, Cartwright insisted, '100% no.' She admitted, ' I had weak moments, for sure. I was with him for ten years. Obviously, I loved him. And want nothing but the best for him.' However, she added, 'But he has damaged our relationship far too much to go back,' and added the current state of their relationship was, 'not great.' She also admitted that she's not, '100% sure' that Jax is sober now, though she said, 'I really hope he is sober.' 'His personality is still very much a Jax Taylor personality, so it's a lot of ups and downs,' Cartwright admitted. When asked why she stayed in Los Angeles with her son Cruz instead of going back to her home state of Kentucky, she said, 'In L.A., there's a lot going on. I need to support my son,' adding, 'L.A. is the best place.' 'There's so many more opportunity there's. There's a lot I can do. And I got crews set up and the therapies and his support group is incredible. They love him so much. Everything about his life as much as I do. And I don't want to change up what's happening at this moment. I love Kentucky. I love visiting home. I'm a Kentucky girl, always, through and through,' she added.
