A source said: 'Charlotte has taken legal advice over her marriage. 'She has got a new house, is settled, is moving on and wants to sort it amicably and be quite mature. 'She feels happier away from him.' The source said Trippier — whose form dipped amid his marital woes last season — has been left 'devastated'. At one stage Tripper and the woman, wearing tight white trousers and white vest top, put their arms around each other with the star's hand close to her bum. His marriage crisis began in May last year. Video footage showed him lifting up blonde call centre worker Frankie Carmichael, 27, in Newcastle karaoke bar Cosy Joes. He and Charlotte have not commented publicly on their split. A spokeswoman said it was a private matter.
