Wewahitchka's Ake signs with Warner University
WEWAHITCHKA, Fla. (WMBB) – Wewahitchka senior weightlifter and state champion, Ashlyn Ake signed with the Warner University weightlifting program on Friday afternoon.
Ake helped lead Wewa to its first team state championship in both the Traditional and Olympic events.
She earned gold in Olympic and silver in Traditional, competing in the 183-pound weight class.
