Parkin launches paid subscription service in Dubai
Dubai's public parking operator has announced that monthly subscriptions are now available from Dhs250 across the emirate. Parkin revealed on its social media channels that you can now pay monthly subscription fees to park in Dubai Hills, Silicon Oasis, Wasl Real Estate, roadside and plots and parking plots. The monthly model allows road users who use public parking facilities daily to no longer worry about parking durations, fines for overstaying or making individual payments every time they park. Costs vary depending on where you book a subscription with parking plots the cheapest at Dhs250 per month and Silicon Oasis the priciest at Dhs1,400 for three months. New Parkin subscription fees Dhs250 per month for parking plots in Zones B and D Dhs300 per month for Wasl Communities Zones W and WP Dhs500 per month for roadside and plots parking in Zones A, B, C and D Dhs500 per month for Dubai Hills public parking (631G) Dhs1,000 for three months in Silicon Oasis, limited area Dhs1,400 for three months in Silicon Oasis Zone H Subscriptions can be taken out online in three steps. Drivers must check the map and indicate the area where they need a subscription and click 'apply'. Subscription types include one month, three months, six months and 12 months. Users will then need to fill in the details, upload required documents such as Emirates ID number, date of birth and vehicle details. Once that is confirmed, the subscription can then be paid for online. The subscription service is the latest idea from the parking operator to streamline payments. A smart app was launched to allow users to easily make digital payments for public parking, including multi-storey car parks. Earlier in 2025, Parkin introduced new tariffs in zones across the city for premium parking spaces.
