Scattered showers and thunderstorms continue to move across portions of central Kansas into this afternoon.
This morning wave of storms will be followed by more scattered storms over western and northern Kansas tonight.
Scattered severe storms will be possible with a primarily hail and wind threat. A Slight Risk is in effect for western and northern Kansas.
There is also the chance of a tornado or two especially focused to the west.
Storms march east tonight and we will likely wake up Thursday with a storm complex moving across the area.
Another round of storms develops tomorrow evening.
Severe weather will be possible again, especially over the southern and western halves of Kansas.
A cold front sweeps the moisture farther south by Friday, but southern Kansas may still be in play for the chance of showers and storms.
Saturday looks mostly dry, but moisture will surge back to the north on Sunday. Better chances of severe weather look likely by Monday.
