Ahmed Ezz to Star in Global Multi-Million Dollar Action Series
Salah El-Juhaini, writer of 'Welad Rizk' and 'El-Khaleya', leads the series with Daniel Knauf, Sean Hennen and Lucas O'Connor. Production has begun on an eight-episode action miniseries starring Ahmed Ezz alongside a cast of international stars. With a budget of over USD 25 million, the project is being backed by the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and Riyadh Season, in partnership with AlHisn Big Time Studios, MBC and Sela Studios, a leading entertainment and hospitality company in Saudi Arabia. The series is penned by Salah El-Juhaini, a prominent Egyptian screenwriter who worked on 'Welad Rizk' (2015) and 'El-Khaleya' (2017), with contributions from international writers Daniel Knauf, the creator of HBO's 'Carnivàle' and a key writer on 'The Blacklist', Sean Hennen, known for his work on action and crime dramas, and Lucas O'Connor, a writer and producer who also worked on 'The Blacklist' and other thriller projects. AlHisn Big Time Studios is a state-of-the-art film production facility located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which has been designed to oversee the entire filmmaking process, from scriptwriting to editing, sound management, and graphics creation. The studio has been utilised for various film projects, including 'The Seven Dogs' movie starring Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz. More than three international directors, who have yet to be announced, will share directing duties for the series. Filming is set to commence after the second quarter of 2025.

RAW Entertainment to release ‘Nogoum El Sahel' on Eid Al-Fitr
Helmed by director Raouf El Sayed, the film is penned by Mohamed Galal, with additional script contributions from Karim Youssef. RAW Entertainment, led by Moussa Issa and Tarek El Arian, has revealed the first images from its film Nogoum El Sahel , set to premiere in theatres during Eid Al-Fitr. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Ahmed Dash, Mayan El Sayed, Ali Sobhi, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, Ali El Seba, Malek Emad and Tamima Hafez. Additionally, it introduces rapper Felix in his acting debut, along with special guest star appearances. RAW Entertainment has been behind several major blockbusters, most notably the Welad Rizk series. Its third instalment shattered records, grossing over EGP 250m and securing its place as the highest-grossing film in Egyptian cinema history. Other production companies involved in Nogoum El Sahel include Synergy Plus, Film Square and The Roof Productions. Directed by Raouf El Sayed and written by Mohamed Galal, with Karim Youssef contributing to the script, Nogoum El Sahel is set to be a major competitor in the Eid film lineup. The film combines action, comedy and contemporary music.

The production company of 'Nogoum El Sahel' has unveiled the first images from the film set to premiere on the first day of Eid al-Fitr. The film is among the highly anticipated releases of the Eid season, featuring a star-studded cast that includes Ahmed Dash, Mayan El Sayed, Ali Sobhi, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, Ali El Sebaa, Malek Emad, and Tamima Hafez.
