Jocelyn and Ellen first met during their graduate music studies in Glasgow in 2018 and have since returned to their North American homes. Their UK tour will see them revisiting favourite venues and exploring new communities.
Their performances, described as "dazzling" by FolkWorld Magazine and "simply exquisite" by Folk London Magazine, are expected to include fiddle-cello interplay, harmonies, French Canadian foot percussion and lively step dancing.
The duo aims to keep traditional music alive, blending traditional material with original compositions.
Their debut album won Traditional Album of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Awards.
