Tree crashes into house in Cumberland County; road closing
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Roads are closing after a tree crashed into a house and downed multiple power lines in Cumberland County early this morning.
According to the West Shore Bureau of Fire on Facebook, crews were dispatched to a tree on a house with power lines down early this morning in Wormleysburg, Cumberland County. The post says the house and multiple poles sustained significant damage.
The post says it took a significant amount of time for crews to respond due to the high volume of calls they received.
2nd Street in Wormleysburg will be closed and without power for most of the day, according to the post.
