Country music star set to perform headline show in Glasgow
Lucy Tay, from Bellshill, will take to the stage at Glasgow's Macsorley's on Thursday, October 10, supported by Erin Ponsonby and Mick N Phil.
It marks a special hometown performance for the rising artist, who began her musical journey at the age of 14 performing with her father's band.

Known for blending country and pop influences, Lucy has been steadily building a following with her "heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies."
Her debut EP, Taylor, was released in 2024, drawing inspiration from artists such as Kelsea Ballerini and Kacey Musgraves.
The record explores themes of love, heartbreak, growth, and self-discovery, capturing experiences from her late teens through early adulthood.
Her latest single, What a Year Can Do, is available now on all streaming platforms.
(Image: Supplied) Lucy has earned recognition as a featured artist on Una Healy's Country Hits Radio Show and the Country 2 Country Festival's Record Store at the OVO Hydro, as well as performing at notable events including King Tut's Summer Nights Festival 2024.
She has also supported fellow country acts at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut and collaborated with organisations including Motherwell Football Club and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.

With more than 4,200 social media followers and 12,500 Spotify streams, Lucy's fanbase continues to grow as she brings country-pop to new audiences.
In addition to her headline show, Lucy will perform at Edgefest in August alongside beloved acts Travis and The Bay City Rollers.
Her music has attracted listeners from across the UK, US, and Australia, thanks to its emotional depth and 'upbeat energy'.
