They say it happened on Highway 3 near Malden Road around 9 p.m. Tuesday. Police say there were more passengers in the car than there were seatbelts, and that the driver didn't have all of the necessary driving paperwork. The 17-year-old from Windsor faces a handful of charges and had their license suspended and vehicle impounded.
