Motorcyclist killed in crash on Winterburn Road
A 26-year-old man was killed in Edmonton when his motorcycle hit a vehicle on Winterburn Road near 107 Avenue.

1 dead in Saturday night collision on Winterburn Road
An investigation is underway into a fatal collision involving a motorcycle that took place Saturday night on Winterburn Road. At around 7:12 p.m., police believe a 26-year-old man on a Harley-Davidson was traveling north on Winterburn Road when he tried to pass an Acura by going left of the centre line as the Acura was slowing to make a left turn onto Westview Blvd. The Harley hit the driver's side of the Acura, causing the motorcycle to drive into the northwest ditch. EMS responded to the collision but the man was declared dead on scene. No one in the Acura was injured. After being closed for several hours as police investigated, Winterburn Road has now reopened.
