Held in Dubai, the ceremony recognised individuals and agencies whose contributions have advanced both local and global security efforts. Al Marri praised the growing scale and impact of the Summit, highlighting the record-breaking 900+ submissions for the 2025 edition. Twelve awards were presented across key categories, including Excellence in Criminal Investigation to SDPO Sargodha City Police Station (Pakistan), and Excellence in Anti-Narcotics to Hyderabad Police (India) for its Narcotics Control Wing Project. The Hong Kong Police Force received Best Innovation in Policing for its 'Rescue' Project, while the Start-Up Innovation Award went to CATT Labs from the United States.
