The people wanted Trump to govern this country. Let's give him a chance.

The Beacon Journal's in-depth report and your editorial report, "Trump's orders are already hurting us," from the Sunday, Jan. 26 paper, are excellent examples of the ABJ reporting the news with a serious slant to the left. Do you not understand Donald Trump won the electoral vote and the popular vote, the swing states and the presidency, while conservatives won the Senate and the House. My goodness! He had a very clear mandate from the American people: They wanted him to govern this country. Let's give him a chance before we decide less than a week after he takes office that his orders are already hurting us.
What you call threats to progress apparently are viewed by half of the country as necessary for us to progress.
You state in the editorial that if Robert Kennedy, Jr., is appointed to run Health and Human Services, the U.S. will be headed down a track of worsened health outcomes and unpreparedness for another COVID-level emergency. That is your opinion. It is not a fact. It is interesting to note that Kennedy wrote a book in 2023 called the "Wuhan Cover-Up," and just recently, the CIA said it thinks the COVID virus did actually come from a laboratory.
Other interesting things Mr. Kennedy has written about include Dr. Fauci (who also received a preemptive pardon from President Biden), corruption in labor unions, vaccine dangers, Red Dye No. 3 (which was recently banned), and the relationship between vaccines and autism. Is it possible this man was censored because he was right, and if people believed what he said, those in power might lose esteem and money?
Your Ohio in-depth article with its section titled "Deport millions of immigrants" suggests all immigrants are targeted, when it has been very clear from the beginning President Trump is looking to deport illegal criminal immigrants. It seems like you want to instill fear in your readers with some of the tactics you use when you write about Donald Trump. You offer only negative views of several of President Trump's executive orders. You failed to mention some of the things that might appeal to both sides of the political aisle, like restoring accountability for senior executives, restoring free speech and ending federal censorship, securing the border, and making our military stronger.
