Huawei Reveals AI Network Upgrades at Tashkent Summit

Home » Tech Value Chain » Global Brands » Huawei Reveals AI Network Upgrades at Tashkent Summit Huawei announced major advancements at the Huawei Network Summit 2025 held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The company revealed its fully upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network products and solutions. These offerings are tailored for the Middle East and Central Asia. The solutions are designed for AI Network Powered connections. Huawei aims to help local stakeholders embrace intelligent development and boost digital productivity. According to Huawei, AI use in networks is still in early stages. Most current solutions add AI components to traditional network management systems (NMSs) to fix isolated issues. Shawn Zhao, Vice President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, reported that only AI-powered networks offer viable long-term solutions. He explained that: Network devices now have built-in AI computing power. The upgraded network brain shifts from single-point AI functions to full-process automated assurance. This transformation is expected to improve network experience, security, and operations and maintenance (O&M) capabilities. Huawei confirmed that the upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network covers various scenarios. These include campus networks, wide area networks, data center networks, and network security. One key innovation is Huawei's Wi-Fi Shield. It is the first industry to use AI signal scrambling for physical-layer encryption. This ensures zero data leakage. The intelligent experience assurance solution was also revealed. It can prioritize apps like Teams and Zoom with latency under 100 milliseconds. To counter evolving threats, Huawei announced AI-powered border firewalls with a 95% unknown threat detection rate. The endpoint security solution offers over 2,000 protection points. Additionally, the AI-powered tracing graph engine can perform correlation analysis of 100 hops to identify threat sources. Huawei also reported active engagement in global markets. It focuses on over 10 high-value scenarios, including enterprise offices, education, and healthcare. The company upgraded O&M tools for partner support. It improved the journey playback function in the iMaster NCE platform and launched the WebMaster visual network management system. In distribution markets, Huawei targets hotels, retail stores, and SMBs. The company continues to launch energy-efficient products. For example, the AP266 access point uses only 9.4 watts—just 61% of the industry average. Huawei also introduced new accessories to ease installation and maintenance. Its general-purpose metal mounting bracket suits eight different scenarios, improving onsite work efficiency. Other highlights included the 'Imagine Wi-Fi 7 Pioneer Awards' presented during the 'Imagine Wi-Fi 7 to Reality' Program (Season 3) Awards Ceremony. Huawei also released a white paper on the Xinghe Intelligent Unified SASE Solution. The company stated that the world is shifting from digital to intelligent transformation. Looking ahead, Huawei plans to keep innovating its Xinghe Intelligent Network to support growth in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Huawei Unveils Fully-Upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network Offerings for the Middle East

Huawei unveiled the fully-upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network products and solutions for the Middle East. These purpose-built offerings are ideal for AI-powered connections, driving local stakeholders to seize new opportunities for intelligent development and maximize digital and intelligent productivity. Currently, the use of AI is still in the early stages, with most solutions simply adding AI components to the existing network management systems (NMSs) to just resolve some single-point issues. Shawn Zhao, Vice President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, said, 'We believe that only AI-powered networks are viable solutions. For one thing, AI-powered network devices have built-in AI-dedicated computing power, which can enable more accurate service awareness and real-time service assurance. For another, the network brain is fully upgraded to change from an enabler for single-point AI innovations to a network AI agent for automated assurance throughout the entire process. All of these reshape network experience, security, and operations and maintenance (O&M) capabilities, and lay a solid network foundation for the intelligent era.' Huawei's fully-upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network offerings span all scenarios, including campus networks, wide area networks, data center networks, and network security. For example, Huawei's Wi-Fi Shield solution, first of its kind in the industry, uses AI signal scrambling technology for physical-layer encryption to ensure zero data leakage. Huawei's intelligent experience assurance solution can prioritize and assure audio and video conferencing applications, such as Teams and Zoom, with a latency of less than 100 ms. To cope with emerging network security threats, Huawei's AI-powered border firewalls enable an unknown threat detection rate of 95%, the endpoint security solution stands out for over 2000 protection points, and the AI-powered source tracing graph engine enables correlation analysis of 100 hops on the entire network to pinpoint the threat source. Huawei actively engages in global commercial markets by diving deep into more than 10 high-value scenarios like enterprise offices, education, and healthcare. Huawei's leading end-to-end product portfolio enables partners to deliver high-quality value across industries. Huawei also has upgraded the O&M tools to support more delivery scenarios of partners, for example, upgrading the journey playback function of the iMaster NCE platform and launching the lightweight and visualized network management system WebMaster. In global distribution markets, Huawei focuses on major scenarios such as hotels, retail stores, and SMBs, and continuously launches best-selling and energy-efficient products. For example, the power consumption of Huawei's AP266 is only 9.4 W, which is only 61% of the industry average. In addition, Huawei has developed new accessories to help partners improve installation and maintenance efficiency. The general-purpose metal mounting bracket of APs, for example, is best suited for eight installation scenarios, greatly improving the onsite operation efficiency of engineers. 0 0
