Young and Restless Spoilers May 30: Will Dumas Crash Nikki's Celebration?
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, May 30 are all set up to celebrate Nikki… but Aristotle Dumas may have other plans. Victor (Eric Braeden) knows how his wife deserves to be celebrated. It should be in a manner befitting the love and respect everybody feels for… Mrs. Victor Newman. He is determined to make sure Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has a perfect day. No one is allowed to spoil it. Not even the mysterious Aristotle Dumas. MORE: Find out what happened last on Y&R. On the other hand, Victor has been dying to get a good look at Dumas. So has Billy (Jason Thompson). So has Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). So it's hard to believe that when Dumas sends a message to the entire town – via Amanda (Mishael Morgan) – that the assembled guests at Nikki's party will just continue paying their respects to Victor… we, Mrs. Victor… and ignore the chance to learn more about the man Genoa City has been discussing non-stop. Will Nikki be left all alone, as the all go shoving each other out of the way to try and reach Dumas first? MORE: Will Traci accidentally destroy her family? Everybody wants Dumas…but whom does Dumas want? We're starting to suspect it's Lily (Christel Khalil). That makes a good amount of sense. If you want to come in and take over Genoa City, you don't go after the Newmans or the Abbotts. They're too rich, too powerful, and too difficult. You want to get your foot in the door via someone with a modicum of power. But not someone who could push back on your goals. Chancellor-Winters isn't nearly as sturdy as they like to pretend they are. Which makes it the perfect entry point. And Lily the best way to close to the source of power.

3 Young and the Restless Couples Who Are Headed for a Summer Breakup
Summertime is approaching on The Young and the Restless. While it's usually a season for passionate romances, this year it's going to be one of heartbreak. Here's a look at a few Genoa City couples who might not make it through the summer. Young lovers Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire (Hayley Erin) have become a main focus of the show. With their families feuding, they've been touted as Y&R's version of Romeo and Juliet. Yet, despite objections and interference from Victor (Eric Braeden), their relationship is still going strong. However, that all will change with their latest obstacle. Victor has enlisted the help of Audra (Zuleyka Silver) to break up his granddaughter's relationship. Audra is working her magic on Kyle by taunting him with her new business venture. Kyle being an opportunist sees this as a way to gain intel to help Jabot. Yet, his plan to cozy up to Audra could backfire, costing him his girlfriend. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) aka Teriah are front and center in a new storyline. Unfortunately, it's not one that Teriah fans aren't happy with. Mariah's keeping a secret from Tessa that could destroy their marriage. Whatever happened on Mariah's trip is making her feel guilty and creating distance between her and Tessa. As distance grows between the couple, it leaves the door open for Tessa to grow closer to Daniel (Michael Graziadei). Audra had finally turned over a new leaf when she began dating Nate (Sean Dominic). But now she stands to lose her beau when she reverts back to her bad girl ways. Audra is eager to return to the corporate world, and Victor's offer was too good to pass up. Not only will she get funding for her company, but she'll also get her long-awaited revenge on Kyle. Yet, Audra's scheme might cost her the one man who loves her. Audra is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her end of the deal. Her business venture relies on breaking up Kyle and Claire's relationship. Audra might take things too far and betray Nate, who warned her about accepting Victor's offer.

What Happened Today On Young and the Restless May 27? Victor's Wrath Builds
The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, May 27 sees Victor readying for war, Michael struggling after taking a step back, and Chelsea feeling caught in the middle. Nick (Joshua Morrow) stopped by the Newman Ranch hoping for a quiet breakfast with his mother, but instead walked into a storm brewing just below the surface. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wasted no time letting him know that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) had resigned as Victor's (Eric Braeden) attorney the night before. For Nick, that set off alarm bell. Victor and Michael shared more than just a professional relationship. Michael was family in Victor's eyes, and his sudden departure could only mean serious fallout was coming. Worried, Nikki feared Victor would turn his fury toward Jack (Peter Bergman), blaming him for Michael's decision. Nick wasn't so sure Jack needed to do anything to provoke Victor—his father had never needed a reason to go after the Abbotts. Over at Newman Media, Adam (Mark Grossman) found himself on the receiving end of Victor's latest power move. The elder Newman barged in, brushing aside talk about Michael's resignation to focus on something else entirely – why Adam hadn't yet launched a media takedown of Billy Abbott. Adam tried to play it cool, assuring Victor that everything was under control. But Victor wasn't buying it. He made it crystal clear: Adam worked for him, not Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), and if Adam wouldn't go after Billy, he'd find someone who would. The threat hung in the air long after Victor stormed out. Chelsea, sensing the tension, confronted Adam about the plan. When Adam confessed, she begged him not to drag her into another Newman war. But Victor's ultimatum left little room for compromise—and Adam was starting to think a manufactured scandal might be the only way out. Chelsea's return to Newman Media was supposed to be a fresh start. Instead, she was caught in the middle of another Newman family feud. As Adam revealed just how far Victor was willing to go to get his way, Chelsea began to fear her first day might also be her last. She urged Adam to stand his ground, but he made it clear—if he didn't act, Victor would replace him and still go after Billy. Left with no good options, Adam hatched a risky plan: if there's no scandal to distract Victor, maybe it's time they created one. Meanwhile, Michael tried to enjoy a peaceful breakfast with Lauren (Tracey Bregman), but guilt clung to him like a shadow. Lauren reminded him this was his first day of freedom and that choosing her over Victor had been the right call. Still, Michael couldn't shake the feeling that he'd left the Newmans – and especially Victor – exposed. When Nick and Nikki later joined them, the tension only deepened as Victor arrived. Michael stayed put, refusing to be chased out, though he knew the fallout had only just begun. With Michael out and Adam hesitating, Victor turned to Nick for backup. Over breakfast, he laid it out plainly: a war was coming, and he expected his son's loyalty. Nick, torn between caution and family duty, could only brace for impact. Victor wasn't going to let anyone (especially the Abbotts) walk away unscathed.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, May 29 bring Ashley home on Traci's heels. They've both suffered recently. Are they both ready to move on? Martin (Christopher Cousins) almost destroyed both Traci (Beth Maitland) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) when the truth came out about him impersonating Alan, kidnapping Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), and toying with Ashley's mind – and Traci's heart. The Abbott sisters took off for Paris to regroup and recuperate. But now they're back. And not only are they checking out the new living room – the most important issue in all their lives, it seems at this point – but they have news about how they plan to move forward. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) knew she'd be stepping into a tricky situation when she returned to Genoa City. But she expected to be dealing with Lily (Christel Khalil), Devon (Bryton James), Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Nate (Sean Dominic). She was not prepared to be pounded on by Phyllis, who'd decided that Aristotle Dumas is the solution to her Billy (Jason Thompson) problem. Now, Phyllis needs Amanda to do what Phyllis says. Damn the consequences – to Amanda! MORE: Are these couples headed for trouble? And while Amanda is pondering her obligations to her friend, Phyllis continues cutting a swatch of hysteria through town, ending up on Daniel's doorstep – well, not really. But she does track down her son while he's in the middle of doing something – anything – else to tell him what she's thinking, what she's feeling, and what she's plotting. Did Daniel (Michael Graziadei) ask? Daniel did not ask. But Phyllis is convinced that if they work together, they'll be unstoppable. Work together on what? It doesn't matter. Phyllis will think of something. So is Daniel in or not?

Did Summer Halt Kyle and Claire's Plans On Young and the Restless?
One of the storylines on The Young and the Restless involves Kyle and Claire's relationship. The star-crossed lovers are defying their feuding families. They want to take the next step and move in together. However, Summer could've halted those plans. Claire (Hayley Erin) confessed to Kyle (Michael Mealor) that she has fallen in love with him. Now, the couple is talking about the idea of living together. Claire wants to get out of the tiny house she lives in with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck). Kyle also wants to get out of the Abbott mansion, even though it was just renovated. READ THIS: What happened today on Y&R? The young lovers can't get enough of each other, so they agree that it's better for them to live together instead of with their families. They've been discussing where they should live. Claire wants to find a new home that isn't tied to tragedy or their family. Kyle just wants to find a house as soon as possible. He's ready to throw his Abbott money at the perfect one. However, Claire wants Kyle to listen to her needs. She doesn't want to live with his family. She would rather find a new place where they could start fresh and make new memories. READ MORE: Find out what happens next on Y&R. There's just one problem: Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). She learned that two of her employees are leaving Marchetti, so she had to make travel arrangements to Europe to find new replacements. Summer went to the Abbott mansion to say her goodbyes to Kyle and Harrison. Kyle shared the news that he's moving in with Claire. Summer asked him to share the news with their son once she returned. But now that Summer is gone indefinitely and there are no plans to recast the character, Kyle won't be able to move in with Claire. Did Summer pull this move to keep Kyle and Claire apart? Will Kyle keep Summer's promise, or will he break it? We will just have to see for ourselves.
