Monthly £2 bowling event launching in Glasgow - here's how to get involved
A new monthly charity bowling day is launching in Glasgow this weekend.
VEGA, the bar, restaurant, and alley on YOTEL Glasgow's top floor, is set to host the event on the last Sunday of every month.
The initiative, named '£2 to Spare,' allows bowling enthusiasts to enjoy a game for just £2, with all proceeds going to charity.

The first event will take place this month on Sunday, April 27, with a minimum of six players required per group.
Neil Taylor, general manager at VEGA, said: "We wanted to create a fun, community-driven experience that not only gets people together but also gives back to causes that matter.
"By making bowling super accessible at £2 per game, we're inviting everyone to be part of something good – and have a brilliant time doing it.
"There will even be a special prize for the best score on the day, so it will get competitive."

Every three months, the funds raised will be donated to a different local charity.
From April to June, VEGA will support Cash for Kids, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK.
More information about the upcoming event, including how to book a lane, can be found on the VEGA Glasgow website.
