Baheth programme: CSGDB celebrates graduation
QNA Doha The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB) organised the graduation ceremony for the second edition of the Baheth research and development skills programme, celebrating 21 graduates who successfully completed the programme. The initiative was held in cooperation with the Police Academy's Center for Security Research and Studies, and the Doha International Family Institute (DIFI), a member of Qatar Foundation. The ceremony was attended by President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa. The event marked the culmination of efforts to empower national competencies, equipping jobseekers with essential academic and field research skills, enabling them to contribute to successes in research-related fields. During his speech at the ceremony, Director of Civil Service Affairs at the Bureau Yaqub Al Ishaq emphasised that maintaining these partnerships reflects the shared belief that building national capacities in research and development is not an option, but a necessity to enhance decision-making in national institutions and shape a future based on innovation and knowledge. At the end of the event, Dr Al Khalifa honoured the graduates and collaborating entities for their contributions to the success of the programme, including the Police Academy's Center for Security Research and Studies, and the Doha International Family Institute.
