Jr NTR thanks fans for showering love on War 2 teaser: ‘The response has been incredible…'
Fans of the YRF universe have been brimming with anticipation ever since Yash Raj Films revealed that Telugu actor Jr NTR will star in War 2, alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. After the release of the teaser, that anticipation has evolved into even more excitement. On Tuesday evening, Jr NTR took to his social media and thanked fans for their support and positive reactions to the teaser.
The actor posted a heartfelt message on X (formerly Twitter) in which he said, 'Sometimes I pause and look back at this journey, and every time, it's you who comes to mind first. Thank you, my dear fans, for your constant presence and heartfelt wishes. The response to the War 2 teaser has been incredible. I can't wait for you to experience it on August 14th.'

Jr NTR also thanked well-wishers, media and colleagues in the industry and said, 'A big thank you to all my well-wishers, media and colleagues in the industry for your warm wishes. Grateful, always.' War 2 will mark an important crossover between Telugu and Hindi film stars and can open gates to more stories that feature the biggest stars collaborating on the big screen.
Helmed by Ayan Mukherji, who is known for films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewaani (2013) and Wake Up Sid (2009), the cast of the film will include Hrithik Roshan, who will be coming back as the Indian super-soldier Major Kabir Dhaliwal to protect his country from its latest threat in the form of Jr NTR. This will be the sixth film in the YRF spy universe after Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), Pathaan (2023), and Tiger 3 (2023).

War 2 will hit theatres on August 14.
