Singer King and Alan Walker lit up the stage on the first day of the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025 in Mumbai. Performing during the YouTube Music Night, the two artists came together for their first-ever live performance. They kicked off their set with their unreleased single – Story of a Bird – performing it exclusively for the first time.
Alan's atmospheric beats layered seamlessly with King's heartfelt delivery, from the get-go, the audience was hooked from the get-go, phones up, hands in the air, and not missing a beat. The track is all set to release on May 9 and will be available on all major streaming platforms.
The World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025, which kicked off on Thursday (May 1) promises to be a creative hotspot where filmmakers, actors, and storytellers can connect, share ideas, and explore what's next for movies, series, and digital content.
The first day of the summit featured a star-studded lineup, including actors like Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, Chiranjeevi, Hema Malini, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone among others.
Alongside India's brightest stars, WAVES 2025 will also see global leaders from the entertainment world. High-profile dignitaries like Ted Sarandos (Co-CEO of Netflix), Neal Mohan (CEO of YouTube), and Adam Mosseri (Head of Instagram) will join the event.
