According to TheShadeRoom, the clip was uploaded by @itsmselfmade on Instagram with a caption explaining the ups and downs of their past relationship. The Instagram account is now private. 'When I first met you you ended up like this within the next few weeks telling me how you been sick,' detailed the caption on the video. On her own account, the Brooklyn native responded with a video directly addressing the aforementioned post. 'Ain't really much to explain.. Just gotta let God handle it.. I can air a lot of things out about this person but that ain't my character.. God bless,' shared the rapper in the caption. In the clip, she elaborates, 'I just feel like that was just so foul though. You feel me like, that's just foul. I don't even know how a person could have the urge or willing to want to even do something like that. That just speaks a lot and I just never knew this was her character. But people be people sometimes and you just never know and it is what it is.' She continued to detail, 'This is real. In March 2023, the 'OOOUUU' performer addressed a video from a barbershop where she appeared to have discolored skin and jaundiced eyes after years of being open about her struggle with depression, alcoholism, and mental health. That April, the rapper revealed that she is 'very much sober,' and assured fans, 'I don't want to go specifically into details, 'cause I really want to bring y'all along on my journey. So, besides dropping new music, I also have a documentary with my story. Y'all know I'm mysterious. I keep my personal problems to myself. But, now it's time to express that to y'all.'
