Yung Filly faces second sexual assault allegation in Spain amid ongoing Australian case
British media personality and YouTuber Yung Filly, born Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is facing a second overseas sexual assault allegation. According to Daily Mail, a British tourist accused the 29-year-old of assaulting her in Magaluf, Spain, following an event during the summer of 2024. The woman reported the alleged incident to UK police after returning home. She claimed that Yung Filly inappropriately touched her at a nightclub and later sexually assaulted her in a hotel room. According to her account, this occurred after she had consensual intercourse with one of his associates. Spanish authorities have launched an investigation into the matter, and a judge in Palma has reportedly sought cooperation from Australian police to place Yung Filly under oath, as reported by AllHipHop. The entertainer is already facing separate sexual assault charges in Australia. On March 11, 2025, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of assault causing bodily harm, one count of strangulation, and four counts of sexual penetration without consent in the Australian case. He was granted bail under strict conditions in October 2024 and is currently not permitted to leave Australia. In a separate legal issue, Yung Filly also pleaded guilty to reckless driving after a speeding incident on a highway in November 2024. His trial for the Australian sexual assault charges is scheduled to begin on June 13 at Western Australia's District Court. Known for his viral skits and collaborations with platforms like the BBC, Sidemen, and Heinz, Yung Filly now faces legal proceedings in two countries. Both investigations remain ongoing.

British Rapper Yung Filly Under Investigation for Alleged Rape in Magaluf Hotel!
British rapper, YouTube star, and social media personality Yung Filly (real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) is under intense scrutiny after facing multiple allegations of sexual assault in both Spain and Australia. The 29-year-old entertainer is now the subject of two separate criminal investigations, one in Magaluf, Spain, and another in Perth, Australia both involving accusations of rape and physical violence. A British tourist has accused Yung Filly of raping her at a hotel in Magaluf, a popular party destination in Majorca, Spain. The alleged incident reportedly occurred after the rapper performed at a beach club in Magaluf and later encountered the woman at a nightclub. According to reports, she initially had consensual sex with one of Yung Filly's friends in a hotel room before being left alone with him, at which point she claims he sexually assaulted her. The woman reported the alleged attack after returning to the UK, prompting British authorities to contact the Spanish Civil Guard. The case was then forwarded to an investigating judge in Palma, the capital of Majorca, who has since launched a criminal probe. The Spanish investigation remains in its early stages, and it is unclear whether the victim has been questioned by the judge. However, a well-placed source has confirmed that the Spanish magistrate has formally reached out to Australian authorities to facilitate the questioning of Yung Filly under oath as part of the probe. Under Spanish legal procedures, the investigation is being conducted behind closed doors, as only trials are held in public. If sufficient evidence is found, the rapper could face serious legal consequences in Spain. This latest accusation comes as Yung Filly is already battling a major rape case in Australia. The UK-based influencer has been charged with eight counts of sexual assault and violent conduct, including: Four counts of sexual penetration without consent Three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm One count of strangulation The alleged attack occurred in a hotel room in Perth, Australia, on September 28, 2024, following his performance at Bar 120 nightclub. The victim, a woman in her 20s, accused the rapper of physically restraining her and sexually assaulting her during his tour. Authorities arrested Yung Filly in Brisbane, after which he was extradited to Perth to face charges. In October 2024, he was granted bail for £48,500 under strict conditions. In March 2025, Yung Filly appeared in Perth Magistrates Court, where he pleaded not guilty to all eight charges. A trial listing hearing is scheduled for June 13, 2025, in Perth's District Court. If convicted, he could face significant jail time under Australian law. Despite the serious charges, when approached by reporters after his court appearance, he downplayed the situation, simply stating, 'It's a lovely day,' before walking away. Adding to his legal troubles, while on bail for the rape charges, Yung Filly was also convicted of reckless driving in December 2024. He was caught speeding at 158 km/h in a 100 km/h zone and later pleaded guilty to the offense. This reckless behavior has further tarnished his public image, raising concerns about his conduct outside of his social media and music career. Yung Filly first gained fame through his YouTube channel, where he created comedy skits, Q&A sessions, and collaborated with other internet personalities. His career quickly expanded into mainstream entertainment, landing him hosting roles on BBC Three and appearances in charity events like Soccer Aid 2020. His transition into music and live performances elevated his status, particularly among younger audiences. However, his growing success is now overshadowed by serious allegations that threaten to derail his career permanently. With two active investigations spanning two countries, Yung Filly's legal future remains uncertain. If convicted in either Spain or Australia, he could face years behind bars. His trial in Australia is set to begin in mid-2025, while the Spanish court continues its closed-door investigation. As more details emerge, the world watches closely to see how these allegations will impact the career of a once-beloved internet personality. For now, Yung Filly maintains his innocence. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
