Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing 3-year-old boy
ST. LOUIS – An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued Monday morning for a 3-year-old boy in north St. Louis County after an assault on his father in March.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), Zakai Israel Damon Moore, 3, went missing after his father was assaulted at St. John's Park, located at 3515 Brown Road, around 5 p.m. on March 25. During the assault, the child was taken from his father's arms, officials said.
Moore, a black child, stands at 2 feet 3 inches, weighs 37 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Moore suffers from eczema on his back, according to MSHP.
Three new sinkholes rattle St. Louis neighborhoods
MSHP released information and descriptions on four possible suspects in the abduction:
Octavia Hogan, 34. She is described as a black woman who stands at 5 feet 3 inches, weighs 180 pounds, and has brown eyes and black and brown hair.
Zenobia Eggleston, 25. She is described as a black woman who stands at 5 feet 5 inches and weighs 140 pounds.
Kimberly Beal, 50. She is described as a black woman who stands at 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 160 pounds.
Lawanika Roberts, 45. She is described as a black woman who stands at 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 125 pounds.
The possible suspects were last seen Sunday on Parker Road a little before 6:30 p.m. driving a White 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the vehicle's left rear hubcap missing. The suspects may also have driven a dark blue 2013 Chevrolet Cruze with the Missouri license plate XJ6C7U.
Anyone with information on Moore are advised to dial 911 or contact the Missouri State Highway Patrol—Troop C at 636-300-2800.
