KESEDAR Allocates RM170,000 To Pay Land Premiums For Settlers
GUA MUSANG, April 28 (Bernama) -- The South Kelantan Development Authority (KESEDAR) has allocated about RM170,000 to pay land premiums for its planned land development settlers.
Its chairman, Datuk Zawawi Othman said the payments to the state government aims to enable the process of land ownership by settlers on KESEDAR-owned land, with 127 settlers at five developments - Sungai Asap, Renok Baru, Paloh 1, Paloh 3 and Chalil - for the first phase.
'Each settler will receive a plantation lot of almost four hectares with an estimated land value between RM360,000 and RM468,000 per lot.
