PSSP celebrates top achievers
Port Shepstone Senior Primary learners have a lot to celebrate, outside the normal school programme.
Star swimmer, Zuriel Pakkiri participated in the SKZN schools' swimming championship held in Richards Bay recently. He qualified with district colours and was awarded an array of medals
Neriah Peeriyalal, a Grade 4 learner represented the South African karate team at the AUSC UFAK Region Tournament held in May. She placed third in her division and earned a bronze medal. She will be awarded her Karate SA colours by SASCOC and Karate South Africa soon.
Sizolwethu Ngidi, a dancer extraordinaire recently qualified in the Free-State Provincial Dance Championship in Bloemfontein. This enables him to compete in the 2026 World Disco Championship in the Czech Republic. He is in preparation for the Free Style Awards Championship in the United Kingdom this month.
This week, the school commemorates Child Protection Week and reminds all parents, teachers, caregivers and community leaders to continue safeguarding the rights and well-being of all children in society. It is an enormous, but also shared responsibility.
