EXCLUSIVE Moment 'mother and wannabe influencer daughter' are taken away by police after forcing UK flight to Jamaica to divert to Canada after parent 'shouted and swore at staff demanding to get off in mid-air'

A mother and her wannabe influencer daughter were taken away by police after they shouted and swore at airline staff during a UK flight to Jamaica which was forced to make an emergency landing in Canada. In a chaotic clip posted to TikTok, the duo of blonde women were filmed causing a scene while being led off a flight from Manchester to the Caribbean island on May 28. The camerawoman, named Mandy, told MailOnline that the flight was delayed over two hours from 9:15am to 11:40am, and while they had been waiting to board, the content creator began shouting at her mum. The furious passenger said the pair had been drinking before boarding the aircraft, and in a TikTok posted before the incident, the younger woman known as Angel, showed off a cooler full of wine and prosecco at a bar. Mandy said when they eventually boarded, she sat in her seat in row 13, with the mother and daughter sat around nine rows behind in row 22. The plane departed and everything appeared fine, until the pair allegedly began drinking from the plane's duty free. According to the Mandy, the content creating daughter quickly began swearing and shouting at staff saying she wanted to get off mid flight. 'The staff asked her politely God know how many times to calm down, and they made her sit down in her seat. 'They started to carry on again and the airline made her sit back down again and the captain announced that due to reckless behaviour there will be a delay in Jamaica as she will be arrested,' she said. Mandy said the airline staff managed to calm down the rowdy pair for a moment but they quickly started causing chaos again. 'They then put Angel to the back of the rows, strapped her in the seat,' the infuriated woman said, before an announcement was made over the PA system that the flight would be making an emergency landing in Canada. Once they hand landed, police officers boarded the plane and arrested the mother first after she allegedly kicked the cops. 'They cuffed her and then the famous TikTok woman, Angel, I believe, got arrested,' she said. Following the commotion, Mandy said they eventually arrived in Jamaica at 7:30pm, over six hours later than the original landing time of 12.40pm. In her footage of the incident, dozens of passengers can be seen clapping and cheering as uniformed cops make their way down the aisle to the rear end of the plane where the women were sitting. 'She's not messing about now is she?' says the woman filming the incident unfolded. As the drama continues at the back of the aircraft, nearby passengers can be heard talking about how 'the children must be petrified' amid the unrest. Two officers are seen surrounding the TikToker who is raised from her seat before the camera pans to the mother being led down the aisle by officers. 'That's the mother,' Mandy says. 'Go on, go in cuffs,' she adds. The mother being removed by the cop begins shouting down the plane to her daughter. She is seen turning around dramatically as the officer attempts to move her down the aisle to the front of the plane but she does not give in. The mother begins shouting in the face of the policeman who takes no notice and continues guiding her while her hands are restrained behind her back. When she is out of sight, the camera pans back to the rear end of the plane where the daughter remains cornered in her seat by two other officers. Even out of the aircraft's aisle, the mother can be heard screaming 'let me go' while passengers on board start booing the loud flyer. A stewardess blocks the aisle passage, assisting the officer to keep her contained as baffled onlookers try to peer into the secluded area to catch a glimpse of the rowdy passenger. When she stops yelling, several flyers begin to clap again and the women are guided off the plane by the officers. Angel can be seen smiling and telling the other passengers 'bye' as she is led off the aircraft in handcuffs. 'Aww no flying for two years,' says Mandy. 'Journey home, enjoy Canada,' she adds. As the pair are fully removed, the plane begin to cheer and clap once again and the chaotic clip comes to an end. Several viewers left comments beneath the post describing their shock and horror at the incident. One said: 'Omg what a shown up for them, I'd be mortified if this was my family, why cant people just sit and enjoy their flight instead of causing drama and delaying planes and people'. Another added their own experience: 'On a recent flight to Egypt a man was kicking off at the cabin crew for not selling him more alcohol, he was warned multiple times but he carried on, police were waiting for him when we landed'.

BREAKING NEWS Terror on American Airlines as passenger attacks flight attendant

A man was arrested for allegedly attacking an American Airlines crew member mid-flight and dragging up the plane aisle. Julius Jordan Priester, 24, of Kansas, was arrested and charged with assault of a crew member on a Chicago -bound flight Tuesday night, according to the Department of Justice. Priester allegedly started to take off his shirt about 30 minutes into the flight and ran to the back of the plane yelling 'help me'. He then grabbed the flight attendant out of their seat and shouted 'you're coming with me' as he forced them to the ground, prosecutors claim. He then tried to drag the crew member up the aisle, but several other passengers stepped in and were able to get Priester back to his seat. After the alleged assault, Priester continued to act erratically and made incoherent remarks, the DOJ states. The pilot was forced to return the plane to Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut and make an emergency landing. Priester was removed from the plane by Connecticut State Police and transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation. He is detained pending a bond hearing that is scheduled for today.

Moment ‘drunk' passenger hauled off flight by cops after punching cabin crew

This is the shocking moment a passenger was arrested after allegedly smacking an air hostess in the face. Footage shows the man being restrained on board a TUI plane from Spanish holiday hotspot Gran Canaria to Birmingham in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The man - who passengers say was drunk - was led away in handcuffs after appearing to strike a cabin crew member in an hour-long fit of rage, which left air hostesses in tears. Flight attendants even attempted to use a 'restraint kit' to subdue the holiday-maker, but were unable to bring him under control even after the plane had landed. It forced terrified crew members to scream for help while 220 passengers, including young kids, watched on. Dramatic clips obtained by The Sun shows the mayhem unfold as cabin crew frantically run through the aisles pleading for the emergency services. A witness told The Sun: 'It all kicked off just before 1am as we were landing in Birmingham from Las Palmas.' 'When they slammed the brakes, he was shouting that the plane was going to crash. He started shouting at the hostesses and got up to go to the toilet compartment.' 'The stewardess told him to sit back down, which he did, but then he got back up for the second time and went to the same place.' 'There was a lot of screaming and shouting between him and the crew, and then he punched an air hostess in the nose.' 'One minute he was calm, then he was throwing blows. He was extremely erratic.' A number of passengers tried to intervene to help the air hostesses as the situation became violent. The witness continued: 'Air hostesses were screaming for police in panic - they were shook up and crying. 'People had to tell them to stop screaming because it was scaring the kids - it was a nightmare.' Clapping and cheering rang through the plane after West Midlands Police officers finally got on-board. A witness told The Sun: 'The intoxicated guy put his hands up and said, 'Arrest me''. 'But then he resisted arrest.' The drunk male was forced down onto other passengers by cops who quickly surrounded and cuffed him after he resisted arrest. He was finally led away from the aircraft in handcuffs and chucked in a police van before passengers were able to exit, an hour after the ordeal began. TUI and West Midlands Police were asked to comment.

Shocking moment 'drunk' passenger is arrested 'after punching air hostess and shouting "the plane is going to crash"' in front of screaming cabin crew

Dramatic new video footage has shown the appalling moment a 'drunk' passenger was arrested after allegedly hitting an air hostess in the face while onboard a flight. The male holidaymaker, travelling onboard a TUI flight from Gran Canaria, Spain to Birmingham, on Tuesday morning, left dozens of passengers and flight attendants terrified after he reportedly 'punched' an air hostess. The horrifying outburst, which witnesses told The Sun began as the flight was beginning its descent and lasted up to an hour, left screaming members of the cabin crew petrified following unsuccessful attempts to subdue the rowdy passenger with a 'restraint kit'. Witnesses claimed that the disorderly traveller, who they alleged to be drunk, even began 'shouting that the plane was going to crash' as the pilot slammed on the brakes during landing. Having gotten up to go to the toilet compartment, the man, who West Midlands Police have now identified as 49-year-old Paul Self, then avoided desperate pleas by staff for him to return to his seat. One witness, who described the incident as 'a nightmare' added: 'There was a lot of screaming and shouting between him and the crew, and then he punched an air hostess in the nose. 'One minute he was calm, then he was throwing blows. He was extremely erratic'. As staff onboard pleaded and 'screamed' for police assistance, children were reportedly left in tears given the pandemonium taking place throughout the aircraft. The shocking footage shows a terrifying scene as members of the public watched on as air hostesses attempted to calm the passenger. Meanwhile, in a bid to control the rest of the fearful aircraft of passengers, another member of the cabin crew is heard shouting: 'sit down, everybody sit down. Sit down now'. Following the dramatic ordeal, those onboard clapped and cheered as Mr Self was eventually escorted from the flight by West Midlands Police officers. Upon being greeted by officers, another witness told The Sun that the drunken yob had initially 'put his hands up and said "Arrest me". Then, despite 'resisting' the arrest, officers were able to quickly surround and cuff the disorderly passenger, ending an hour-long ordeal that had left staff and travellers in tears. A spokesperson for West Midlands Police confirmed that the disorderly passenger, 49-year-old Paul Self, had been charged with three counts of common assault and is set to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on June 10. They said: 'We were called to an inbound flight at Birmingham Airport in the early hours of Tuesday (27 May) morning, following reports of a disruptive passenger. It comes after dramatic footage obtained by MailOnline (pictured) showed a British woman being dragged off a Ryanair flight and thrown to the floor by security staff after she allegedly assaulted passengers and forced a plane to divert to Portugal on May 18 'After landing, officers boarded the plane and arrested a 49-year-old man on suspicion of assault. Dramatic footage obtained by MailOnline showed a woman being led off the grounded plane by several members of staff, after the flight from Tenerife to Prestwick was diverted. Meanwhile, a second video showed the woman being led outside the plane on the tarmac of the Portuguese airport. Blair Morgan, a passenger on the plane, told MailOnline that passengers were left terrified after the 'angry, hostile passenger was being aggressive towards staff and other passengers'. 'The passenger made a [false] bomb threat towards everyone on the plane, along with saying she would "bottle" people with a glass wine bottle.'
