Report: Former Steelers lineman turned broadcaster dies
PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) – Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette is reporting that former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman and current broadcaster Craig Wolfley has died at the age of 66.
Wolfley has served as the Steelers' radio color analyst since 2022 after previously serving as the team's sideline reporter. He also co-hosted a morning radio show in Pittsburgh with former Steelers' tackle Max Starks called ''In the Locker Room with Wolf and Max.'
He spent 10 seasons as a guard on the Steelers' offensive line before finishing his career in Minnesota.
He was originally selected by the Steelers in the fifth round of the 1980 NFL Draft.
