Stacey Solomon has shared her disappointment after missing out on the BAFTA TV Award, despite her show 'Sort Your Life Out' being in the running. The programme was up for Entertainment Performance as well as Factual Entertainment but ultimately did not take home the prize, losing out to 'Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour'.
Taking to social media, Stacey couldn't hide her feelings: "Good morning from the veg patch, about to do the morning water. We didn't win a BAFTA and I know I'm supposed to take it gracefully like a champ but I'll be honest I'm devastated.
"I'm not handling it very well, I'm not taking it very gracefully. I'm devastated for our whole team like I'm so gutted for our team. Everyone got dressed up and were really hopeful because I think because they work so hard." For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter
The TV star didn't mince her words about the effort put into the show: "It's not an easy show to make, Sort Your Life Out, and the team work so hard to make it happen and they so deserve a BAFTA. The Sort Your Life Out team deserve a BAFTA and I'm devastated.
"I'm not saying that everyone else didn't deserve their BAFTAs, they absolutely did. People think making TV is really easy and it's not so everyone deserves recognition but I'm just gutted for the whole Sort Your Life Out family because I do feel like they deserve a BAFTA, I'm going to say. I'm gutted."
Stacey also went on to share more about the demanding process behind her show Sort Your Life Out, detailing how her team has seven days to "meticulously" pack a family's entire household into a warehouse before organising it all neatly on the floor.

She said: "We make sure it doesn't get chucked away. We donate, we recycle, we resell things and put it all back and put in systems to help families move forwards," Stacey shared with fans.
"The families give up so much to be on the show, they deserve that away.
"It's so hard to let someone into your house when you're going through a really difficult time and you know there's going to be people out there that will judge but you need the help also.
