Japan's former Princess Mako gives birth: Imperial Household Agency
Japan's Imperial Household Agency says former Princess Mako has given birth. The top official in charge of Crown Prince Akishino's household, Yoshida Naomasa, made the announcement at a regular news conference on Friday. He said he had hoped the former princess would be in a quiet environment, but decided to announce the arrival of her child after some media outlets reported the news. Yoshida said he does not know the sex of the baby, or the date of birth. He said the Crown Prince and Princess Akishino, Princess Kako and Prince Hisahito wished the family happiness. Mako is the eldest daughter of Crown Prince Akishino and a niece of Emperor Naruhito. She married college classmate Komuro Kei in October 2021 and moved to the US the following month. Japanese princesses leave the Imperial household and become a commoner when they marry outside the Imperial family.

Sam Reece has welcomed his first child with his fiancée Maddison. The Ex On The Beach star, 32, shared the happy news to Instagram on Thursday and revealed his baby boy's very unusual name. He uploaded an adorable black and white photo of himself and his partner holding the newborn's hand to announce his birth. Sam wrote: 'Indi Seven Eckhardt. 28th May 2025 3:43am. 'Our hearts are forever changed - we welcomed our perfect son into the world in the calmest, most surreal way.' Moving on from his heartbreak, the reality star continued to document his failed romances on TV shows such as Ex On The Beach and Real Housewives of Cheshire. However, he has now found love with Maddison, with the duo announcing their engagement in December last year. In an Instagram post at the time, he shared a photo of a diamond ring on his wife-to-be's hand and wrote: 'WHAT A DAY.' back in 2016, Sam had been dating Stephanie for just over a year when the then 23-year-old actress entered the Celebrity Big Brother house. He was forced to watch as she cheated on him with another man, watched by the whole nation. Sam told MailOnline at the time: 'What's happened has happened, but good luck to them both.' The model went on to scoop a role on Emmerdale, which came about after he sent ITV producers a three-line audition clip. Sam revealed his role in the soap came about completely unexpectedly, admitting he doesn't even have an acting agent. He told MailOnline: 'I'd never had a speaking part [on TV] before. My modelling agent called me up and said there was a part going in Emmerdale and he wanted me to send over a casting tape.' Sam has now traded the limelight for a quieter life working as a model and a hairdresser.

JESY Nelson's ex boyfriend has penned a sweet message underneath the post announcing she had given birth to her twins. Jesy's ex-boyfriend, former Love Island star Chris Hughes, whom she dated in 2019, has congratulated the singing sensation on her two bundles of joy after she revealed she had given birth. 5 The former Little Mix star, 33, welcomed two baby girls with her boyfriend, Zion Foster, 26, on Thursday following a high-risk pregnancy. She announced their birth on Instagram and said her babies are "healthy and fighting strong" despite being born prematurely. She also revealed to her fans that she had named her daughters Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Underneath the post announcing their birth and revealing the names she had picked out for her babies, her ex-boyfriend penned a very sweet message. Celebrity Big Brother star Chris penned: "Congrats both of you, stunning." Jesy began dating Chris back in 2019, with the pair confirming their romance when they headed on a loved-up trip to Ireland. At the time, Chris said that Jesy was the "nicest girl" he had ever met, expressing how "happy" he was. But after 16 months together, the couple sadly split. Despite splitting, they remained "good friends" and are seemingly still close to this day. Speaking to The Sun at the time of their split, Chris said: "We're very good friends and we enjoyed all that time together. "I look back and I don't look at anything with regret. "We still support each other and it was just a period in life where you move on. "But it's nice to look back on the good memories of my relationships with Jesy and there were plenty of good times. "There's no reason to not like each other." Jesy is currently dating Zion Foster, who is the father of the hitmaker 's twin babies. The pair got together for the first time at the end of 2022 but split around nine months later in August 2023. When the couple split in 2023, Zion said on social media about Jesy: "Beautiful woman inside and out, wish her nothing but the best." But three months later in November 2023, Jesy confirmed that the couple had rekindled their romance. The couple then broke up again last year, according to reports. But they then hinted that they had gotten back together in the snap announcing their pregnancy that was shared earlier this year in January. 5

Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson announced the birth of her twins after an induced labour in hospital. The singer took to social media to share the exciting news with fans. Taking to Instagram, Jesy looked delighted as she held one of her twins wearing an orange hat to her chest. In another photo, her partner Zion held onto the other baby. Sharing the news she had given birth to two girls, Jesy wrote: "So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31 weeks plus 5 days. It all happened so quickly. "We are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We've never felt more in love. Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025." It has been a difficult pregnancy for Jesy and Zion. The 33-year-old had emergency surgery in April after the babies developed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome - a rare condition which could have been fatal for one, or both, twins. After her operation, Jesy said: 'We feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong.' Thankfully the twins progress has been positive throughout the remainder of the pregnancy. The new parents have been together since November 2022 and, in May, Zion ran the London Marathon to raise money for the Twins Trust which offers support to families with twins. Jesy joins other Little Mix members who are already mothers. In 2021, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock both gave birth to babies within a week of each other. Perrie welcomed a son named Axel with her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Leigh-Anne welcomed twins with her husband Andre Gray.

Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos announce birth of son
President Donald Trump's daughter Tiffany has announced the birth of her first child, a boy called Alexander Trump Boulos, who has Lebanese and French heritage. Ms Trump announced the birth of her son on social media on Thursday. Her father said mother and child are 'doing great'. 'I have spoken to her a couple of times. She's doing great. The baby is great, and we'll be seeing them very soon,' Mr Trump said on Friday as he departed the UAE at the end of this week's Gulf tour. Ms Trump, 31, is married to Michael Boulos, 27, an American businessman with a French mother and whose father is Massad Boulos. The elder Mr Boulos was born in Lebanon and currently serves as a senior aide to Mr Trump, advising him on Arab and Middle East Affairs and Africa. Ms Trump is one of the President's five children. Her mother is Marla Maples. 'We love you beyond words!' Ms Trump said of the new arrival.
