Jordan Ben-Hanania has been appointed Director of Marketing at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Miami
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordan Ben-Hanania as Director of Marketing.
Jordan joins the award-winning resort from Four Seasons Hotel Denver, where he served as Director of Public Relations and Communications. In this role, he led strategic marketing and PR efforts, launched high-performing brand campaigns, and managed digital platforms including web and social—driving notable growth in both brand visibility and revenue.
Prior to his time in Denver, Jordan served as Digital Marketing Manager at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, where he developed and executed performance-driven campaigns across paid search, social, metasearch, and SEO. His work also included developing guest programming, creating content, and managing strategic partnerships that enhanced the overall guest experience.
A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, Jordan began his career in the entertainment industry before transitioning to luxury hospitality, bringing with him a dynamic and creative approach to brand storytelling.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Jordan is an avid skier—favoring Jackson Hole and Vail—and a passionate traveler who has visited more than 30 countries. A Braves and UGA Bulldogs fan, he now looks forward to trading snowy slopes for the surf as he settles into Miami and steps into this new role at Miami's Best Address.
Jordan's deep experience across digital marketing, PR, and content strategy makes him a key addition to The St. Regis Bal Harbour's executive leadership team as the resort continues to elevate its guest experience and reinforce its position within the Marriott luxury portfolio.
