Bethenny Frankel candidly dishes the details of her breast enhancements as plastic surgeon weighs in
Bethenny Frankel is lifting the lid on all of the breast enhancements she has undergone over the years - just days after she sparked some serious buzz while strutting down the runway at the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show.
Earlier this month, the Skinnygirl founder, 54, shocked fans around the world as she left little to the imagination in different bathing suits, including a thong.
During the show, the former Real Housewives of New York star wore multiple looks, showing off her toned legs and stomach in a sultry pink polka dot bikini and black cover-up, which she later ripped off to reveal a thong bikini bottom underneath.
When she reached the end of the runway, Frankel turned around to show her backside to the audience, as she jokingly covered her mouth in surprise.
Later on during the runway show, she emerged in a denim bikini top and black bottoms, which she paired with a cowboy hat. She also flashed some side boob in tiny leopard-print one-piece swimsuit.
As clips of Frankel circulated around the internet after the show, many viewers couldn't help but wonder what the star has been doing both diet and fitness-wise to look that good - with a lot of the focus being on her top half.
It even caught the attention of The View co-host Joy Behar, who took a swipe at the mom-of-one on the show.
On Sunday, the 54-year-old decided to take to her TikTok to share exactly what she's had done on her chest, detailing both a failed implant surgery and a successful breast lift.

'In high school, I had sloppy t**ties,' Frankel announced in the new video. 'They were just like big, and natural, and they would flop.'
'They would fall to the sides, and it always bothered me, I just felt sloppy,' she continued.
The BStrong founder explained that as she got older, she wanted to get a breast reduction.
So, when she was in her 30s, she ended up getting small implants put in, as the doctor said that it would 'lift' her breasts. She got this done because she didn't want to have a 'lollipop' scar left over.
However, once it was over, Frankel claimed that it had the opposite effect.
'He put one in, and it was like, bigger, more bulbous, and still floppy,' the former reality star claimed.
And, according to Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. John Diaz, who did not carry out Bethenny's surgery, this is a common phenomenon.
'This is a common trap a lot of patients fall into,' Dr. Diaz told exclusively.
'It's very common to have a fear of scars and sometimes patients will continue to see consultations until they find a surgeon who tells them that they can do the surgery without a lift, even though it's not true,' he explained.
'She underwent a procedure that was not going to help her. If the breasts are floppy before surgery, an implant alone will rarely improve this. It was not until she had the lift done that she had a good result.'
Because of this, Frankel later had them removed, and had a breast lift done by another doctor in New York City - which is what she's still rocking today, sans implant.
'That was the best thing that ever happened, and that was like 15, 20 years ago,' she shared.
She joked that her 'tires were made for talking,' and that she's gonna keep 'riding' it until a tire falls off.
Dr. Diaz agreed that getting a breast lift has elicited a similar reaction in his patients - and it might be what you want to opt for if you're wanting that Bethenny Frankel look.
'This is the most common reaction I hear from patients who eventually have it done,' he shared.
'My advice is if you need a lift, do it because the final result will be well worth it,' the doctor continued.
If you're feeling inspired by Frankel, Dr. Diaz recommends scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to hear more about your options.
'I use 3D imaging to show patients what they will look like after surgery and I show them what it will look like with a lift and without a lift so they can see the difference,' Dr. Diaz said.
'In my opinion, if you don't have 3D imaging down with your consultation, then your consultation was not complete,' he said.
According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a breast lift, on average, costs about $6,816.
Patients will also need to factor in anesthesia fees, operating room expenses and other fees that come along with the surgery.
