ALDI has brought out an outdoor themed SpecialBuys range just in time for summer - and its perfect for transforming your garden. Shoppers are racing to the German discounter today to sweep up all the garden goodies from its middle aisle. 7 The budget supermarket has dropped 38 brand-new outdoor essentials, including everything from solar lamps and stylish furniture to must-have cooking gear and decorations. Prices start at just £1.99 and go up to £299.99, with a ton of luxury-lookalikes for a fraction of the cost you'd pay at big-name stores. This includes a huge garden water feature for £49.99 – a near double of a £150 Robert Dyas version. Aldi's version even lights up with built-in solar illumination, so your garden stays glowing well into the night. Practical picks are also available. A retractable garden hose will set you back just £34.99, while a cordless electric weed killer is only £14.99. For comparison, similar hoses can go for as much as £150 at Screwfix, and Argos sells the Hozelock power weeder for a hefty £70. You can also pick up a six-piece hose accessory kit for a tiny £3.49 – that's less than half the price of a similar £10 Screwfix set. The range also includes seriously chic lighting, like Victorian-style street lamps for £19.99, solar wall spotlights at £9.99, and hanging honeycomb lanterns from just £4.99. If you're looking for decoration, there's a set of three hanging wind spinners for £6.99 and a faux leaf trellis for £24.99. Aldi is selling a greenhouse that's the 'best $39.99 ever spent' and perfect for getting your garden ready Over at B&Q, a similar trellis from Klikstrom will set you back £40 – that's a £15 saving. And there are plenty of cute extras – hanging baskets, garden figurines and flower pots, all under £15. To get your hands on the items, you can go to your nearest Aldi and visit the middle aisle where all the miscellaneous products are found. Prices may vary between stores, and not all products will be available everywhere, so it's best to check what your local Aldi has to offer. They will probably sell out quickly so we recommend getting there as quick as you can. To find your nearest Aldi you can go on its website and use the Store Finder tool. However remember to always compare prices before you shop, even if you think you're getting a good deal, as there may be better offers elsewhere. A good way to do this is by using comparison sites like Trolley, which pull all the latest prices together for you. Keep reading to learn more about what's included in today's SpecialBuys range: Solar honeycomb lanterns - £4.99 If you're looking for a decorative touch to your garden, these honeycomb lamps could be the perfect pick. They come in colours grey, pink and rainbow with a white LED inside which automatically illuminates at night. And for just £4.99 each, they won't break the bank. In comparison, Habitat's £10 solar lanterns sell for double the price in Sainsbury's - and don't come with a colourful design. Midi Kamado BBQ - £299.99 Aldi has brought out a Midi Kamado BBQ just in time for barbecue season. At £299.99 its the priciest option on the list - but with everything it has to offer, many will find it great value for money. This is because the BBQ is a dupe of the £479 'The Egg' by Boss Grill - one of the hottest appliances on the market. This makes it almost £200 cheaper when bought from Aldi. The egg-shaped Kamado grills, equipped with attached tables, are able to grill, smoke and cook woodfired pizzas. If you're looking for a cheaper option, Aldi also sells a regular 4 Burner BBQ for £199.99. Solar garden lantern - £19.99 7 Aldi 's solar garden lantern is new in stores for just £19.99 and adds a romantic touch to your garden. However, these kind of Victorian-style lamps can usually sell for hundreds. National Lighting is currently listing the Bowie GLS outdoor lamp post for £205.93. That makes Aldi's version 90% cheaper than luxury brands. Concrete citrine candle - £4.99 Aldi has also brought out a concrete citrine candle which is both decorative and practical for just £4.99. The website says the candle can "keep those mosquitoes and bugs away while you relax in your outdoor space. It has a 30-hour burning time and comes in colours white, black or grey. In comparison, Aldi sells its Habitat citronella candle for £15 - triple the price. Retractable garden hose - £34.99 If you're looking for a new garden hose this summer, you could save huge cash buying this Aldi version. It can easily fix into your wall and is able to extend 20 metres with a 180 degree swivel range. The supermarket is selling the retractable hose for just £34.99, while Argos is selling the Hozelcock hose for £158. A Titan autoreel hose is also £79.99 in Screwfix - making Aldi one of the cheaper options out there. Faux leaf trellis - £24.99 For a pop of colour in your garden, Aldi is offering the chance to buy a faux leaf trellis for just £24.99. You can choose from a laurel or violet design, and the trellising can extend to 90 x 180cm when expanded. Meanwhile, if you were to buy from a luxury brand like Blooming Artificial, you'd be looking at a £98 price tag. That means you're saving almost £80 buying from Aldi.
