The Galleon Fish & Chip Shop in Mullion has gone on the market with the Helston branch of Christophers Estate Agents.
Back in February the owner Marion Pollack and family announced they were leaving the family-owned chippy after 14 years.
An emotional post shared on Facebook said: "After a lot of careful deliberations, we have had to make the decision to close The Galleon at the end of February. It has been a privilege to be the custodians of the village 'chippy' for the last 14 years, but it is now time to hand over the reins.

They successfully ran "The Galleon" a family business for several years and the whole freehold interest is now being sold due to retirement plans.
Prospective purchasers will have the chance to own a house in need of updating along with this adjacent business, of fish and chip shop including restaurant and takeaway.
