With tides super-low, tourism operators say lack of North Rustico Harbour dredging means trouble
The owners of charter boats that take tourists out to sea off P.E.I.'s North Shore say the narrow, shallow channel in North Rustico means they will likely have to cancel trips this season. They'll lose clients and money because of it. The CBC's Nicola MacLeod spoke with a few of them.

Pair of Alderney ferries return to service on same day
Two ferries that serve Alderney returned to service on Friday after undergoing repairs and of Alderney Ferry Services (AFS) Dan Slimm said while Causeway Explorer was undergoing annual maintenance Sorcerer II had suffered an electrical being out of service for about six weeks both ferries returned to work on the same day which Mr Slimm said was "brilliant news".He said he was "greatly thankful" to the owners of the charter boats AFS had hired while its ferries had been repaired and serviced. Mr Slimm said after Sorcerer II had been surveyed it had been sailing to Alderney when an electrical problem in the engines had said: "It's taken some time to resolve but fortunately we've managed to do that now.""Our apologies go to our passengers for any disruption caused," he added."It's unfortunate, but that's boats!"
