It's officially salad season! Now is the time to break out the broccoli, arugula, cucumbers and other fresh greens to craft delicious summers salads that'll pair well with grilled chicken, hamburgers and other seasonal dishes. But if you're short on time and need a quick salad for your next BBQ, picnic or pool party, Costco has got you covered. According to fans of the warehouse, the Costco deli is currently selling an all-new Broccoli Poppyseed Salad. Laura Lamb of @costcohotfinds was one of the first to spot the salad. Related: "There's a new crunchy broccoli salad with poppyseed in the Costco deli section. And this one is so, so good. It's made with broccoli, kale, cabbage, Asiago cheese, dried cranberries. And comes with walnuts and two packets of poppyseed dressing," she explained in her video. Although the Broccoli Poppyseed Salad was just spotted at Costco, shoppers are already calling it the "PERFECT side for BBQ!!!" Others are just eager to get their hands on the new side dish for their next gathering. "Picking this up today!! Can't wait to try it!!" read one comment on Instagram. "This salad is amazing!
