Decomposing body found in central Las Vegas valley apartment after report of foul odor
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A report of a foul odor coming from a central Las Vegas valley apartment led to the discovery of a decomposing body Monday, according to Metro police.
Police responded to the 1400 block of East Katie Avenue near Maryland Parkway after a person reported a foul odor coming from an apartment.
When officers entered the apartment, they found a decomposing body. The manner and cause of death was unclear as of Monday night.
