Uorfi Javed had been keeping a low profile lately, with no updates on her social media for several days. Now, she has opened up about the reason behind her recent absence from the spotlight. In a heartfelt note shared on her Instagram, the popular content creator reflected on the challenges she's been facing. With honesty and vulnerability, she revealed that multiple rejections had left her feeling disheartened.
The post read, 'I haven't been uploading anything or been seen anywhere cause I was going through a phase. My business didn't work. I tried a bunch of other different things only to face rejections." Further, she also revealed to have received an opportunity to make her appearance at Cannes 2025, but could not make it to the prestigious film festival." She added, 'Got an opportunity to go to Cannes through Indie Wild. (Big big thank you to diipa khosla and kshitij kankaria) But as the fate would have it, my visa got rejected."
Not one to back down, Uorfi believes that rejections aren't the end, but rather a push to work even harder, as she expressed in her heartfelt note. She went on to encourage her followers to share their own 'rejection stories" to help support and uplift others. In her post, she wrote, 'I'm sure a lot of you guys must be going through rejections yourself and I would love to know your stories. Let's support and uplift each other."
Concluding her note, she added, 'Every rejection is an opportunity if you look carefully. After so many rejections in life. I am not stopping and so should not you."
