The city says in order to ensure every account holder receives bills on time it will be switching all eBilling accounts back to receiving paper copies. 'The matter has been referred to our third-party software developers for review,' the city said in a news release. Further updates will be provided when information becomes available, the city said, adding it apologizes for inconveniences.
