This year's theme, 'Rowlympic Games', will bring a high-energy atmosphere to the festival, complete with confetti cannons. The third edition of elrow Dubai, one of the biggest house and techno parties in the world, is headed to the UAE on May 17th. This year's theme, 'Rowlympic Games', will bring a high-energy atmosphere to the festival, filled with confetti cannons, extravagant costumes, and live performances from a range of world-class DJs.
