Stabbing victim sought in Aurora, suspect detained
DENVER (KDVR) — The Aurora Police Department is looking for the victim of a stabbing that was reported on Jamaica Street on Tuesday.
The agency said the stabbing was reported at about 6 p.m. at 1420 Jamaica Street, which is the location of an events center. Police said there is no indication that the stabbing had any connection to the events center.

Instead, police said the stabbing allegedly happened inside a parked vehicle. The agency said that a man stabbed a woman in the car. She left the scene in a vehicle, and as of 7 p.m., police were still looking for her.
The man accused of the stabbing also suffered a superficial stab wound, but police told FOX31 that they believe there is only one victim in the case. The man was detained in connection to the incident.
