The NFL Players Association gave the Cincinnati Bengals the lowest grade in the league when it comes to its treatment of families. A new story by ESPN is amplifying an explaining the criticisms.

Players talked to ESPN under the condition of anonymity, And the story deducts that the Bengals' operation is "(bleep) show for the family dynamic."
Ouch.
"They have that tent out there, but it's a (bleep) show and it's cold and it's not inside," one player said about the postgame meeting area for families at the stadium.
The Bengals did indeed only provide an outdoor tent for post-game family gatherings in 2023, but last year - and moving forward - the meeting area was moved inside Paycor Stadium.
Another player cited the team forcing families to wait in long public lines without players being there to protect and guide them.

"Just different things where they can make it more convenient for our families, especially when the husband's not there," the unnamed player told ESPN. "We're worried about them. I think it would be easier for us if we had certain things for families ... we don't have to worry about it."
The player complaints seem justified, coming off the embarrassing "F-minus" grade the NFLPA slapped on the Bengals in February's annual survey. Cincinnati ranked 24th overall on the report card.
