Angry Sevilla fans break into training grounds where players will spend the night

SEVILLE, Spain — A large group of Sevilla fans forced their way onto the premises of the club's training grounds on Saturday after their anger at the team's bad season boiled over following another loss. The club confirmed its players were spending the night at the team's facilities for security concerns and to focus on regrouping after the 3-2 loss at 10-man Celta Vigo.

Carlisle United reveal season ticket and matchday prices for 2025/26

Carlisle United are offering season ticket holders certain extra savings next season - but match ticket prices in the National League will remain the same. The Blues, after back-to-back relegations from League One to the fifth tier, have confirmed their prices for the 2025/26 campaign. There is an additional match saving for existing adult and senior season ticket holders who renew, with a six-game saving now on offer instead of last year's five. New season ticket holders (adults and seniors) who take advantage of an early-buy period will get a four-game saving - it was three games last season. There is no reduction, though, in general ticket prices despite United playing in non-league next term, while season ticket prices for other concessions are also the same. Renewals for existing season ticket holders, which open next Monday and runs to June 8, are available for £391 for adults in seating areas and £340 in terracing. The early buy period for new season ticket sales is from May 27 to June 30. That sees adult prices £437 (seating) and £380 (terracing). Standard adult season ticket prices, in the period from July 1 to August 1, are £483 (seating) and £420 (terracing). For non season-ticket holders, the cost of watching Carlisle in the National League as opposed to Leagues Two and One is unchanged. Adult seating tickets bought before matchday are £23, going up to £26 if bought on matchday. The equivalent terracing prices are £20 and £23. Carlisle described the extra match savings for renewals and early-buy season tickets as "a thank you to our loyal season ticket their unwavering support." The announcement was accompanied by a statement from owner Tom Piatak, who said: "Your loyalty through these past two years has been extraordinary. It's the foundation we're rebuilding on. You are the heart and soul of Carlisle United." United owners Tom and Patty Piatak (Image: Richard Parkes) The businessman said the closing weeks of United's season saw a "spark" with "team and supporters reconnecting" despite Carlisle's failed attempt to stay in the EFL. He added: "Looking ahead to 2025/26, our mission is clear: to rebuild, to rise, and to return. We are putting everything in place - on and off the pitch - to deliver promotion. "That means assembling a squad capable of competing at the top, upholding professional standards, and being led by strong football leadership. "We know success on the pitch is what matters most. Plans are in motion. The backing is in place. Now we need you with us. Your support will make the difference. "I believe the future of Carlisle United is bright. But we won't get there alone. Join us. Believe with us. Help us bring this club back where it belongs - in the EFL." The announcement on prices came ahead of a decision on United's head coach for 2025/26, with Piatak having said on Friday that talks with Mark Hughes would hopefully be concluded next week. The Blues' retained and released list is also set to be out by next Saturday. Full information and all 2025/26 season ticket prices are on the club website HERE.
