Mandy's to open gourmet salad shop in Ottawa
A Montreal-based gourmet salad restaurant is coming to Ottawa.
Mandy's is set to open a new location on Bank Street in Ottawa's Glebe neighbourhood.
'This wait is finally over,' Mandy's said on its LinkedIn page earlier this spring.
'We're beyond excited to bring Mandy's to the capital and officially expand into a new Canadian city. With an incredible community of supportive locals, we're so thrilled to finally bring our salads to you.'
Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe opened their first restaurant in Montreal in 2004 in the back of a women's clothing store.
Mandy's has locations in Montreal, Laval, and Toronto. There are plans to open 'a couple of Mandy's locations' in Vancouver.
According to the company's website, Mandy's serves breakfast, smoothies, signature salads and grain bowls.
