However, the poster says that Amy "made [her] life hell," by "bullying" her, "stealing" her stuff, and getting her in trouble for things she "didn't do."
She notes that they "were never close," and that they didn't speak for years after Amy moved out at 18.
"Now that my grandfather passed, my half-sister and my mom are both saying it's only fair that I split what I got 50/50 because 'family is family,'" the poster writes.
"I feel like after everything my half-sister put me through, I don't owe her anything, especially when she makes it clear all these years she made it clear she wanted nothing to do with me unless she needed something."
Her mom has been "guilt-tripping" her, saying that she is "being selfish and that Grandpa would've wanted us to share."
However, the woman counters this by emphasizing that "the will names me and not her."
