Raj Thackeray may not have forgotten pain given to him by Uddhav: Nitesh Rane

Rane was in Solapur on Thursday, where he interacted with the media.
At present, rumours are flying that backdoor talks are going on between the two Thackeray brothers to join hands for the upcoming civic body elections. The BJP is an ally of the
run by Eknath Shinde in Mahayuti.
Commenting on the whispers, Rane said he would be happy if the two families are reunited but cast doubts over whether
supremo Raj has forgotten about his strife with the Shiv Sena (UBT) chief and his family.
"For much time and in many ways, Raj was troubled by Uddhav and his family. Raj was the rightful heir to Balasaheb Thackeray's legacy. He was building the party on Balasaheb's ideology. He was humiliated by Uddhav. He had to leave the party. One can write a book on 'Matoshreetla narak' about these sufferings. Uddhav is now cosying up to Raj as he must be facing livelihood issues. However, I believe Raj is a sorted person and may not have forgotten the pain he was given," said Rane.
Rane added that many like him, who were associated with the undivided Shiv Sena at one time, know how things played out in the past. "The nishthavanta (loyal) Shiv Sainiks are joining either BJP or Shiv Sena. I heard Uddhav is going to start a statewide tour. He is doing this for his son," said Rane.
