Tech ticket theatrics — and they call this progress
'Go to Ticket Resolution,' said the man in the high-vis. My digital paperwork was apparently incomplete. I was trying to take a friend to a concert for her 40th and now we were walking and walking around three sides of a Brixton city block, past dozens of crowd controllers. I had emails proving payment for two tickets but these did not count as 'digital tickets'. So I assumed that I was about to get a regular paper ticket instead but, such things, I was told by the staffers with the iPads, had been abolished. I gave the order number. The fellow put it in.
