Relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia are solid: Official
Egyptian Cabinet Spokesperson Mohamed al-Homsany said that the visit of the Speaker of the Saudi Shura Council to Egypt and his meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly comes as part of reciprocal visits between both countries. During a phone interview with TV host Sherif Amer on the program 'Yahdoth Fi Masr' (Happening in Egypt), broadcast on MBC Masr, Homsany emphasized that relations between the two countries are strong and solid, with ongoing communication at various levels. Telations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, both at the official and popular levels, are very close, a point Madbouly emphasized during the meeting on Tuesday. Homsany indicated that an agreement was reached on Tuesday to form the joint Egyptian-Saudi Supreme Coordination Council. He assured that the visit is, 'Not a response to any rumors, but rather comes to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and as part of a series of ongoing visits that reflect the depth of bilateral relations.'

OPEN// PM tours residential units under expats Initiative in New Alamein
NEW ALAMIEN CITY, Egypt, April 12 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Saturday inspected units under the 'Your Home in Egypt' initiative at the Hassan Allam Towers in the beachfront area of New Alamein City. The initiative is dedicated to Egyptians living abroad, offering them the opportunity to purchase residential units in most of the new cities, with flexible payment plans. Madbouli toured a model unit to ensure the quality of construction and to review the progress of ongoing works. Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny told the premier that the first phase of the initiative includes 5,055 residential units, comprising apartments and villas across nine cities, including the beachfront towers in New Alamein. Some units are already available for immediate delivery. He noted that the aim is to deliver all sold units by June 30, 2025, with full completion and handover of all units scheduled by March 31, 2026. (MENA) M S H/M N E
