QXO Proposes $5 Billion Acquisition of GMS
QXO Inc. QXO 11.66%increase; green up pointing triangle proposed to acquire interior-construction-products distributor GMS Inc. GMS 10.61%increase; green up pointing triangle for $95.20 a share.
Roofing-products distributor QXO said Wednesday the proposal implies a total value of $5 billion and is a 27% premium over GMS's 60-day volume-weighted average price.
