The snap sent fans into a frenzy of wild speculation over whether the two are an item.
The 59-year-old's son Damian was quick to show his approval, reacting with a love heart and celebration emoji.
Back in 2022, Liz and Billy appeared in a movie together titled Christmas in Paradise — they played love interests.
